Offer - $ 1000.00 bonus 

The bonus money will be paid out to New Spray foam installers Only

Installers must learn the spray foam application process, and apply 12 sets of spray foam material 66,000 board feet of material in the first 6 months of employment 

Each set of spray foam contains 5,500 board feet of material

You must have either a current CDL or obtain one before pay out 

Pay out of the $1000.00 Bonus is as follows

$500 will be paid out at the 6 month anniversary date of your hire as long as all above requirements have been met.

$500 will be paid out at the 12 month anniversary date of your hire as long as all above requirements have been met.
